Do You Detail In The Winter?

Yes we continue our mobile detailing service all winter long, If you do not have a garage for us to detail in on days colder than -25c then we will reschedule the mobile detailing on a day warmer than -25c. If you need you vehicle interior detailed at short notice and it is colder than -25c give us a call at 587-223-3652 and we will work with you to get your vehicle detailed as needed :)

What Is Your Service Area?

What If It's Raining?

Rain, shine, or snow we will happily detail. Our service vehicles come equipped with canopy's for any customer without a garage so we can happily detail in any weather condition. All we ask is that your vehicle is parked in a spot that gives us 5 feet of clearance on either side of your vehicle for setup.

Cancellations?

We ask that all appointments are cancelled prior to 24 hours before the scheduled detailing

Is Tipping Normal?

Yes tipping is normal in the industry. However there is no suggested amount or percentage, whatever feels good to you. Any amount is appreciated by your Car Care Specialist.

What Forms Of Payment Do You Take?

We happily accept payment in the form of Cash, most credit cards, and debit cards.

What Are Your Hours Of Operation?

Our detailing hours are Monday - Sunday, 7AM - 7PM

Our office hours are Monday - Saturday, 8AM - 5:30PM

How can I book an appointment?

Book an appointment anytime by phone, email or online. For the fastest response time you can call or text (587) 223-3652 Monday to Sunday anytime from 7 AM to 6 PM. You can also easily book online by clicking any BOOK A DETAILING Button.

Where can you detail my car?

At HiFi detailing we pride ourselves on being able to detail your vehicle anywhere in Calgary or the surrounding area, as long as we have access to electricity. Whether you're at your house, apartment, or the office.

We carry 100 ft extension cords allowing us to reach any near by outlets.

How long does a detailing take?

Each detail takes a different amount of time depending on the size and dirtyness of the vehicle, as well which detailing package has been picked. On average the refresher package takes 1 - 1.5 hours, the gold package 1.5 - 2 hours, and the platinum package can take 2 - 3 hours.

What if I don't have access to electricity?

If you don't have access to electricity within 100 feet of you vehicle, we've got you covered! Just give us a call at (587) 223-3652 or email us at hifidetailing@gmail.com and we will do everything in our power to figure out an option that gets your car within 100 feet of electricity. We are incredibly flexible when it comes to our customers and want to leave you smiling from your experience with us.

How do I sign up for a Bi-weekly or monthly maintenance cleaning?

In order to qualify for our bi-weekly or monthly maintenance program you must first get your vehicle interior detailed with our premium package. After that we will follow up with you offering the maintenance package and schedule you in for either bi-weekly or monthly cleanings, where we contact you at the beginning of each month and schedule you in for whichever day works best in your schedule.
